Payment Policy
Standard Rates. A deposit equal to 30% of the total reservation amount is required in order to secure your. Full payment upon arrival. *Only in case we have a specific agreement not to pay a deposit amount, please ignore above mentioned. Credit card guarantee is required for all online bookings. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival in order to check its validity. For reservations less than 4 nights the deposit should be equal to the cost of one night. In case that the quest-client declares different name on the bank payment or credit card details should immediately inform the hotel. Otherwise the reservation should not be confirmed.

Check-Out time: 12:00

For extending your stay after 12:00 and until 18:00, you will be charged 50% of the daily rate. For extending your stay after 18:00, you will be charged as an extra night.

Special Note:
The hotel reserves the right to modify all rates in case of a Value Added Tax Adjustment (VAT) regulated by the Greek Government.

Cancellation Penalty Policy
If a reservation is canceled:

15 days prior to arrival: no fees will be charged.
14 to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fees charged.
6 to 1 days prior to arrival: 75% of the accommodation fees charged.
No-Show: 100% of the accommodation fees charged.

Kindly note that no refund is given in case of cancellation or non show. Not changeable.
